We are conveniently located in Sacramento, California’s capital city. While our geographic sweep is not legally limited, because immigration is federal law applicable throughout the country, we primarily represent clients living in or near the great Central Valley, including Fresno, Merced, Stockton, Modesto, Tracy, the Gold Country, Truckee, Lake Tahoe, Reno, Sacramento, Vallejo, Fairfield, Dixon, Davis, Woodland, Marysville, Yuba City, Chico, Redding and all the surrounding communities.

In 2018, the fee for an initial consultation with an attorney is usually $200.00. This includes up to one hour for the consult. If there is more work to do after the consult, the attorney can usually give an estimate of our fees and costs to carry on the representation. Typically, we can give a “contract” or fixed price for fees. However, we must do some cases on a “charge-by-the-hour” basis, such as expert testimony, criminal defense consultations, preliminary investigations, and I-9 audits.

Our professional work is limited to immigration and nationality law matters. Within that legal realm we provide a broad range of services, including:
  • Immigrant Visa Petitions (for those who want a "green card")
  • Family sponsorship
  • Adjustment of Status
  • Consular Processing
  • Waivers
  • Naturalization (for those who want to become US citizens)
  • Citizenship (for those who want proof of American citizenship)
  • Removal or deportation defense in the Immigration Court
  • Criminal defense consults
  • Administrative and Judicial Appeals
  • Special Groups (juveniles, adopted children, religious workers, fiancées, victims of domestic violence)
  • Asylum and Temporary Protected Status (TPS)
  • Work Permits
  • Renew expiring green cards
  • Nonimmigrant visa petitions (visitors, investors, students, int'l executives, etc)
  • Employer sponsorship (on a limited basis)
  • Expert witness testimony
  • I-9 audits for employers
  • Diversity Lottery
  • Legalization/Amnesty (if the proposed legislation in Congress becomes law)
